  • Bluesky's Self Service Center is available for postpaid customers only. Prepaid customers are not eligible for this service.
  • Before you register, please make sure that you have your account number as this is required to use Bluesky's Self Service Center.
  • Please call 699-2759 or *611 from your Bluesky mobile phones for assistance.
  • To retrieve your username or password, please return to the home screen of Bluesky's Self service center and select "Forgot Your Username or Password?".
  • Select Postpaid Mobile Service or Cable TV and enter your account number. Once you have clicked "Submit", you will be able to reset your password and retrieve your username.
